Early Bird Summer Mtg General Registration NOTE: Registration is ONLY open to members of the participating associations: ACIA, KCA, MCIA, and TCA. This ticket registers one person and a Spouse/Guest. You must add Spouse/Guest ticket by selecting the Spouse ticket below! NO refunds after June 12, 2026 - Substitutions are accepted. ALL REFUNDS subject to 7% cancellation fee. Summer Mtg Child: Age 6-16 Please fill in the name of the child who will be attending the Quad-State Summer Meeting. A separate ticket is required for each child attending. Summer Mtg Friday Golf Event Each player needs to purchase a ticket to participate in this event.		$185.00

June 18
4:30 PM - 7:00 PM	Registration Pick up your name badges and gift bags
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM	Opening Reception Opening reception followed by dinner on your own.
June 19
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM	Friday Golf Event This event requires a separate registration to participate. Event held at The Raven golf course. Players need to be at the course by 7:30am to check in. Shotgun start promptly at 8am!
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM	Friday Beach Day Hang out at the beach in our designated Quad-State area with fellow concrete folks. Games on the beach begin at 1:30pm. Sign up at registration table in lobby.
June 20
7:00 AM - 11:30 AM	Saturday General Session w/ Speakers Breakfast is served starting at 7:00 am. Program starts at 8am.
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM	Saturday Beach Day Another great day to hang out at the beach with concrete folks from all over!
6:30 PM - 9:30 PM	Casino Night and Dinner The Grand Finale will include a buffet dinner and fun at the tables. The buffet dinner will include a special line just for children. Be sure to check it out! Gather as many tickets as you can and see what you can win as we draw for great prizes!
