TC.Ai Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By using TC.Ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use TC.Ai.

License

The Tennessee Concrete Association (“TCA”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use TC.Ai and any results for your personal or internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms of Use. No rights are granted other than as expressly set forth herein.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to circumvent any security features of TC.Ai.
  • Attempt to download or extract large amounts of information from TC.Ai, whether through automated querying or otherwise.
  • Use TC.Ai for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notice displayed by TC.Ai or included in its responses.
  • Share, distribute, or create derivative products using TC.Ai’s output without prior written consent from TCA.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TC.Ai and in the materials from which it provides responses—including documentation, website content, technical resources, and digital assets—remain the sole property of TCA and/or its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TC.Ai is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
TCA does not warrant that TC.Ai will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TCA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.

Without limiting the foregoing, TCA expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TC.Ai’s responses:

  • Are informational only
  • Are not engineering advice
  • Should not be used as the basis for technical, design, safety, legal, or project decisions

You understand that you rely on TC.Ai at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TCA be liable for any losses, damages, or claims whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of TC.Ai, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, your maximum remedy, regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, or otherwise), shall not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TCA harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of TC.Ai.

Termination

TCA may terminate or suspend your access to TC.Ai at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Changes to Terms of Use

TCA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of TC.Ai following the posting of changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America.
