Event Details
The Exam Session will begin promptly at 12:00pm (Noon). Attendees should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in. Activities should be completed by 4:00PM, however actual end time will be dependent on the number of persons taking the performance exam and the preparedness of the examinee.
Note: Students that registered for the Optional Review Class should arrive by 6:45AM for the 7:00AM Review Session start time.
The one hour written examination is closed-book and consists of approximately 40 multiple choice questions.
The performance examination is closed-book and requires actual demonstration of the required standards.
Certification Program Description
- Substitutions allowed with prior permission from TCA office.
- No Show - a student who does not attend exam day. No refund.
- No refunds on shipped workbooks
- Cancellations (Prior notice provided to TCA)
- $100 Cancellation Fee
- In addition to the cancellation fee, an additional $110 will be retained if a workbook was provided)
- Reschedule/Change of Date
- $50 Reschedule Fee if notice received more than 3 weeks prior to exam
- $100 Reschedule Fee if requests received within 3 weeks of the exam

An Optional Review Session is offered the morning of the exam for a separate fee. Attendees wishing to attend the review will need to add the "Review Session" ticket to their registration.

ASTM Standards are no longer provided in ACI Workbooks. ACI is in the process of updating workbook content so that the ASTM standards are no longer necessary for exam preparation. Workbooks for some programs have not yet been updated. If you desire access to the actual ASTM standards to prepare for your exam you may purchase the standards directly from ASTM international.
Note: In many cases your employer may already have access to ASTM standards through a company subscription.
