The NRMCA Certified Concrete Sales Professional training program is a state-of-the-art training program for men and women in the ready mixed concrete industry. The course is a series of four, three to four day classes that will increase comptency in the following areas:
- "Concrete 101" - Technical/Product Knowledge, Module I
- "Understanding the Concrete Contractors' Business" - Customer Business Knowledge, Module II
- "Business Skills Basics for Profit" - General Business Knowledge, Module III
- "Professional Presentation Skills" - Professional Sales Skills, Module IV
